Come alone. Do not bring any additional people with you due to hinderance, unless discussed otherwise.
Please arrive NO earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.
Stay at home if you have symptoms of illness.
Arrive showered at your massage appointment.
Bring your child with clean and detangled hair to the appointment.
Keep in mind that every skin is different and therefore every result is different.
50% deposit of the stated amount service you booked is mandatory to confirm your appointment. Deposits are NON-Refundable.
10 minutes late? There will be an extra late fee of €10,- charged. 15 minutes late? Your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you lose your deposit.
No show without any warning, is considered "the blacklist" in our system. If you decide to book an new appointment with us, despite being on the blacklist, you will be forced to pay half of the previous amount for the service you booked. If agreed? We will proceed with your current appointment.
Rescheduling or canceling the appointment needs to be done 24 hours prior to your appointment. If it's canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, the deposit will be withheld and you must repay it for a new appointment.
For squeeze in (last minute) appointments or appointments outside the opening hours, there will be a surcharge of €15,- calculated.
On holidays an additional fee of €20,- will be charged.
When you book an appointment with us, you automatically agree with our policy.
