The general rule of thumb is to get waxed every 2 – 5 weeks. After your first session, you may notice hair growth in a few days but this is nothing to worry about. All it means is that you had some hair that wasn’t long enough to get caught during the procedure.
The purpose of your second appointment will be to grab these hairs and get rid of them. You can go sooner if your hair starts to get unbearably annoying. The timing is different for every part of your body.
The hair on your face grows back faster than it does on any other body part.
When the hair on your underarms begins to grow, it will become obvious. To avoid having to wear sleeves in the summer, you should get your underarms waxed every 2 weeks.
Some individuals choose to wax their genital area for reasons such as aesthetics, personal preference or hygiene. To maintain a smooth feel, get your private parts waxed every 3 – 4 weeks.
Wax your legs every 3 – 4 weeks. There’s no sense in going sooner than that because there won’t be enough hair to remove.
Men, you won’t have to go too often to get your back waxed. Every 4 – 6 weeks will do the trick. Some men choose to go every three weeks but it’s all up to personal preference.
